Sign up to ride

Two minutes, no account needed. Pick your leg and the rest of the form follows it. Everything you give us is used to run the event and deleted by 31 December 2026.

Riding both legs? Fill this in twice, once for each. They are on different days and each venue needs its own head count.

Not sure yet? Read up on the London leg or the Oxfordshire leg first, and the terms of attendance say exactly what you are agreeing to. Plenty of people land here straight from a link without having seen either.

There are 12 places on this leg and we pick the riders, so put your name down and we will come back to you either way. Signing up is not a place yet.

You and the bike

Friday 11 December 2026, from Dumplings' Legend, 15-16 Gerrard Street, W1D 6JE.

Wednesday 16 December 2026, from Kingsley Café, A40, Eynsham, OX29 4EF.

For your confirmation and the briefing before the day.

Used for the ride day group and nothing else.

Westminster have asked what size the bikes are.

Optional, and only used for venue and parking lists.

Who is coming with you
Carrying the toys

This is the bit that decides how much actually gets there, so be honest rather than optimistic.

Some people drop toys off rather than ride. Spare space moves them.

The London leg

Three things the council and the hospital need from every rider.

A no changes nothing else. Someone has to carry the rest.

The Oxfordshire leg

Wednesday 16 December 2026. Meet from 11.30am, away at 12.30pm at the latest.

Optional. If you are going anyway, it is the easiest time to drop a toy off.

If something goes wrong
A few last things

A no does not block your sign-up. It tells the photographer to keep you out of shot.

The two you have to tick
